Christie Kerwan

Christie Kerwan, MSN, RN has had an extensive and diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Christie is currently the Director of Strategic Operations-Healthcare at PowerDMS by NEOGOV, where they have been working since February 2023. Previously, they held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships-Healthcare at the same company from June 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining PowerDMS, Christie worked as the Marketplace Manager at Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing from August 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at HealthStream, where they held multiple roles including AVP, Clinical Staff Development from November 2018 to July 2020, Senior Director, Clinical Education from January 2018 to November 2018, and Director, Clinical Education from July 2016 to November 2017.

Christie also has experience working as the Director of Education/Regulatory Compliance at Guthrie from January 2010 to June 2016 and as an Education Specialist and Cardiovascular Specialist at WakeMed from April 2003 to August 2008.

Christie Kerwan, MSN, RN earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from East Carolina University in 2000. Christie continued their education at the same university and completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Nursing Education from 2005 to 2007. Later, they pursued further studies in adult learning, completing courses at Walden University from 2012 to 2016. Christie also obtained additional certifications in Leading at a Distance and Nonprofit Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020.
