Rana Chowgule

Rana Chowgule is a seasoned finance professional with diverse experience in investment banking and financial management. Currently serving as Director of Finance and Investments at Powered by People since January 2023, Rana previously held various roles at JM Financial Ltd from July 2017 to December 2022, culminating in a position as Senior Associate in Investment Banking, specializing in M&A, private equity, and equity capital market transactions. Rana also gained significant experience at CNK & Associates LLP and EY in auditing, taxation, and transfer pricing. A Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Commerce graduate, Rana's academic foundation includes studies at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, HR College of Commerce and Economics, and The Doon School.
