Powerflow Yoga
Gabriela Ponce is currently a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist at Alcon since November 2023 and has an extensive background in sales and fitness instruction. Previously, Gabriela served as an Account Executive at Salesforce, where recognition included the FY24 Q1 Fight Hard Award, and worked as a Specialty Sales Representative at Medly, promoting digital pharmacy services across various medical specialties. Gabriela's experience also includes roles as a Glaucoma Sales Specialist and a Managed Care Contract Analyst at Novartis, and a Strategic Account Representative at Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. Prior to these positions, Gabriela worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Harris Teeter and held various fitness-related internship and instructor roles at Virginia Tech. Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Virginia Tech, earned in 2013.

Powerflow Yoga is a collective of hot yoga studios based in New Jersey. Our community digs all things wellness, and we’re dedicated to making people feel better inside and out. We believe hot yoga is for everybody regardless of age, gender, size or shape. Our exceptional teachers will challenge you to strengthen, lengthen and detoxify your body while you sweat. Each studio is equipped with changing rooms, showers and amenities for your convenience. We offer classes seven days a week and a schedule to fit your busy lifestyle (for beginners to all levels).
