Gonçalo Ferreira began their career in 2015 as a Team Trainer for Product Support - Major Cryptocurrency Exchange at Teleperformance. Gonçalo then held the role of Team Trainer Customer Service for a leading American video image editing software brand. Following this, they were a Team Trainer Service Desk for a Leading American consultancy company and then a Team Trainer Service Center for a leading American mining and machine manufacturer. Finally, they were a Service Desk analyst for the same leading American mining and machine manufacturer. In 2022, they will join Powerfront as a Software Training Specialist.
