Vlado Boza

Vlado Boza is an AI researcher with Powerful Medical, where they have been working since 2021. In this role, they have contributed to improving the performance of digitization and diagnostics, specifically working on reducing diagnostic time from 5 to 2.5 seconds.

Prior to their current position, Vlado was a postdoctoral researcher at Comenius University in Bratislava, starting in September 2017. Following this, they worked as an artificial intelligence engineer at a company called "Not proud of" from June 2020 to August 2020.

Vlado also has experience at HealthMode, where they served as a machine learning lead from September 2018 to May 2020. Before that, they held similar positions at CEAI, Inc from September 2016 to May 2020, and at Black Swan Rational from July 2013 to January 2020, where they also co-founded the company as a lead data scientist.

Additionally, Vlado Boza has worked at Brainhouse as a member from October 2011 to February 2017. Vlado also gained experience as a software engineering intern at Google, with two separate internships in 2010 and 2011. During their internships, Vlado worked on Google Shopping search quality team, conducting experiments to improve ranking algorithms and creating classifiers to mine interesting attributes.

Vlado Boza pursued their education starting in 2008 at Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science in 2013. Vlado then continued their academic journey at the same institution and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioinformatics from 2013 to 2017.
