Grace Nwoko

Grace Nwoko has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Verdant Zeal, where they sourced clients and proposed ways to improve their products and services. In 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Rainoil Limited. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst at eTranzact International PLC, providing data to inform business decisions and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2021, they joined ADG Limited as a Human Resources Management professional, where they used data analytic tools, served as a business partner to management, and introduced HR-management software to improve processes. Also in 2021, they worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at DesignThinkers Academy, Nigeria. Currently, they are working as a Human Capital Consultant at BROOT Consulting. In 2022, they will be joining PowerGen Renewable Energy as part of the People Operations team.
