Brittney Hale

Brittney Hale has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and project management. Brittney started their career at Powerhouse Retail Services in 2011, where they held various roles such as Project Manager and Training and Development Manager. In 2020, they joined Powerhouse as Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Then in 2022, they were promoted to the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources.

Brittney Hale attended the University of Texas at Arlington from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in University Studies. Prior to that, they attended Navarro College from 2008 to 2010, and Midwestern State University from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science. In addition to their formal education, Brittney has obtained several certifications including Korn Ferry Interview Architect, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, PI Practioner, and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools).
