Charlie Setchell

Charlie Setchell has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Charlie started their career at Pacific Southwest Development, Inc. in 1991, where they worked as a Superintendent and eventually became a Construction Operations Manager. Charlie then moved on to Price Woods, Inc. as a Regional Manager before starting their own business, BRENCONN Construction Services, in 2001. Charlie also worked as a Project Manager at La Roza Construction, Inc. and Ausland Builders. In 2009, they became a Construction Manager at Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity. Most recently, they served as the Director of Operations & Field Services at Powerhouse.

Charlie Setchell received a Project Management Certificate in Construction Management from the Construction Institute of America in 1989. Prior to that, they completed their high school education, earning a HS degree in General Studies from Phoenix High School between 1980 and 1984.
