Mitch Payne

Mitch Payne has a strong background in facility maintenance and program management. Mitch started their career at BrightView Enterprise Solutions in 2012 as a Senior Area Manager, where they worked until 2017. Mitch then joined Ferrandino & Son, Inc. as the Director of Exterior Services for a year. In 2018, Mitch joined CBRE as a Senior Program Manager, a role they held until 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Facility Maintenance at Powerhouse, where they have been working since 2021.

Mitch Payne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
