Sara McConnell

Sara McConnell has extensive work experience in people operations and human resources. Sara currently holds the position of Vice President of People and Culture at ProjectManager. In 2021, they also took on the role of Head of People and Culture at ProjectManager. Before that, Sara served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Powerhouse Animation Studios, Inc. Sara previously worked at Netflix as a People Operations Leader, where they played a critical role in hiring and retention efforts for the animation talent verticals. Prior to that, they served as the Director of People Operations at Powerhouse Animation Studios, Inc., where they established and scaled the HR function. Sara's early career included a role as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Visible Changes, where they implemented organizational processes and successfully grew the salon's staff and revenue.

Sara McConnell obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University. In July 2019, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the SHRM institution.
