Jan Wallace

Jan Wallace is an experienced account manager and collection specialist with a strong background in accounts receivable management across various industries. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Powerhouse Gym since March 2013, Jan's responsibilities include overseeing new membership contracts, resolving issues, and managing member account delinquencies. Previous roles include a Collection/Accounts Receivable Consultant at the International Junior Golf Academy, and Collection Manager at Office Logic, where Jan successfully reduced delinquencies and improved cash flow.
