Ghanshyam Dass

Ghanshyam Dass is an Independent Director of the Company. He was first appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from February 10, 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from the University of Delhi. He has experience as a senior advisor to KPMG in India. He is also a trustee of The Braj Foundation and a governing council member of the Bangalore International Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Centre.
