Shailesh Vaidya

Shailesh Shankerlal Vaidya is an Independent Director of the Company. He was first appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from May 24, 2018. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree, bachelor of law degree from University of Mumbai and has passed the examination of articled clerks held by Bombay Incorporated Law Society. He is also a member of Bar Council of Maharashtra. His work experience includes his designation as partner of Messrs Kanga and Company since April 1, 1985.
