Vijay Kumar

Vijay Kumar is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since 2008. He is a qualified chartered accountant, as well as a qualified cost accountant and a qualified company secretary. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Mysore. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. Further, he holds a master’s degree in law and a master’s degree in financial management from the University of Mumbai. He has over 30 years of experience in financial management, accounting, direct and indirect taxes, legal and secretarial functions, and has handled new projects, general administration, finance and treasury functions in various companies.
