Simone Marschler

Simone Marschler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in personnel development, currently serving as the Leitung PowerAcademy and Senior Personalentwicklerin at Powerlines Group since December 2016. Prior roles include Personalentwicklerin and Junior Personalentwicklerin within the same organization, and prior to that, Simone worked as a Projektmanager at Generali from September 2015 to November 2016. Simone holds a Master of Arts in Personalmanagement und Kompetenzentwicklung mit Neuen Medien from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, completed in October 2023, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Export-oriented Management from IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences, acquired in 2015, along with education from the ESBA- European Systemic Business Academy in 2019-2020.
