Romain Rivière

Romain Rivière has a diverse work experience, primarily in the finance field. Romain has recently joined Powerling as the Group Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, Romain served as the Trésorier front office at Decathlon United from February 2020 until September 2022. Before that, they worked as a Contrôleur financier at DECATHLON FRANCE from March 2017 to March 2020. Romain has also held positions at Decathlon United, where they were a Manager équipe finance from June 2014 to June 2017, and Responsable projet SI Finance from January 2013 to July 2014. Prior to their roles at Decathlon, Romain worked as a Contrôleur de gestion at Adventure Group from January 2012 to October 2012. Additionally, they gained experience as a Contrôleur de gestion and Gestionnaire logistique at Magna Closures in Chennai, India in 2011 and 2009 respectively.

Romain Rivière completed their Master 2 degree in Finance, général at IFAG Lyon from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, they also briefly studied at the University of Wollongong, focusing on Finance d'entreprise, économie, marketing. Earlier, from 2005 to 2008, Romain obtained their DUT in Génie Electrique et Informatique Industrielle from IUT d'Annecy.
