Julian Thomas

Julian Thomas is an experienced executive with a robust background in management and strategy across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as General Manager Network Portfolio at Powerlink Queensland since February 2014, Julian oversees a team focused on Portfolio Planning and Optimisation as well as Network & Alternative Solutions. Prior roles include Group Manager responsible for high voltage infrastructure and support services at Powerlink, and Commercial Manager-Energy at John Holland. Julian's extensive experience encompasses senior positions at Transfield Services, Easternwell, Santos Ltd, and various roles in Intertoll companies, where responsibilities ranged from strategic development to commercial management. Julian holds an MBA in Management, a Diploma in Company Law, and degrees in Law and History from recognized institutions.
