Matt Harper

Matt Harper is an accomplished network specialist with extensive experience in designing, optimizing, and managing network infrastructures across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Network Specialist at Powerlink Queensland and Managing Director at Latch Networks since May 2024, Matt previously held the position of Lead Network Engineer at Urban Utilities, where responsibilities included integrating IT with Operational Technology and overseeing network security. Previous roles include senior engineering positions at Orro Group and Tech Project, along with contract work at Unisys and significant contributions to network operations at both the Department of Transport and Main Roads and the Department of Community Safety. Matt holds a certification in Information Technology from TAFE NSW.
