Brad Tito

Director of Community Energy at PowerMarket

Brad Tito is a Director of Community Energy at PowerMarket, where they work with municipalities and community partners to implement renewable energy solutions in both government operations and the community. Prior to joining PowerMarket, Brad worked as a Program Manager, Communities & Local Government at NYSERDA, where they promoted clean energy offerings to local governments and communities across New York State. Brad also served as the Director of Sustainability for the City of Yonkers, leading projects such as the replacement of city street lights with LEDs and energy efficiency improvements in city buildings. Brad has extensive experience in sustainability and environmental coordination, having worked in roles such as Director of Environmental Coordination for Nassau County and as a Design Team Member for the Wyandanch Rising Vision Plan. Additionally, Brad has worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at New York University and as an Adjunct Professor at Prescott College. Earlier in their career, Brad worked as a Green Home Developer, building self-sufficient homes with advanced environmental systems. Overall, Brad has a wide range of experience in promoting clean energy, sustainability, and environmental initiatives in various roles and organizations.

Brad Tito completed their education with a Master's degree in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School, which they attended from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Development from Prescott College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Before beginning their college education, Brad attended Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences, where they completed their High School education in 1996.
