Sam Place

Sam Place has over seven years of work experience, primarily in the renewable energy and environmental sectors.

In 2013, Place served as a Research and Development Intern at KickStart International.

The following year, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law and as a Research Intern at the Environmental Law Institute.

In 2015, Place joined Solaire Generation Inc as a Business Development Analyst, and later that year, they began working as a Project Development Analyst at SunPower Corporation.

At SunPower, Place was responsible for various tasks, including analyzing utility data, designing PV systems, and supporting the project development team.

In 2017, Place became a Business Development Associate at PowerMarket, before transitioning to the role of Business Operations Manager in July 2018.

Throughout their career, Place has demonstrated strong analytical and research skills, as well as a commitment to promoting sustainability and combating climate change.

Sam Place attended Columbia University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainable Development.
