Anantha Reddy

K.B. Anantha Reddy is the Senior Vice President of Electrical Business Unit. In his current role he heads the Electrical Business Unit, which conducts activities related to Transmission & Distribution Lines, Sub-Stations and Overhead Electrification. He is recognized for his comprehensive insight and expertise in the field of Power Transmission & Distribution and Railway Electrification.

Prior to his association with Power Mech in 2016, he had served in leading companies such as NCC Ltd., Vijay Electricals Ltd. and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., working in their Transmission & Distribution divisions. A few from a long list of projects which were successfully accomplished under his leadership at Power Mech include Rural Electrification works in Hoshangabad & Harda District, Madhya Pradesh, India. It was under his leadership, Power Mech had won its first EPC contract for Design, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of approximately 100 km of 132 KV and 220 KV Transmission lines in the state of Assam, India. He was also instrumental in Power Mech winning its first and also one of the country’s largest railway electrification project – 727 km with Central Organisation for Railway Electrification (CORE).
