Before that, Matt worked as an Independent Internet Consultant at McQ Digital and as the Manager of Internet Content at Publishing Group of America. Matt also created and owned thebackpacker.com, one of the most active wilderness backpacking communities on the Internet. Matt graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Engineering.
