Pete Neal

Pete Neal is an experienced professional in growth strategy and technology, currently serving as Principal at Partners For Growth since January 2024. As the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Powerpal, Pete led the company from its inception to a customer base of over 250,000 and $14 million in annual revenue before its acquisition by Amber Electric in December 2022. Involvement with EnergyLab as a Mentor and Alumni reflects commitment to the clean tech community. Prior roles include Director of Products at CLX Communications AB, where impactful projects included strategic IP expansion and business integration, and a progression through various roles at Dialogue, culminating in Global Director of Products with responsibilities across the APAC region. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Electronics and Software Engineering from Loughborough University.
