PowerPhone

Dispatch faster, smarter, and safer with Total Response. Our decision support system can be custom-built to your agency's needs. From tailored protocols, unlimited, online training, and certification (including EMD and T-CPR) to 24/7 support, we work with you to make 911 better. Total Response is one platform for all emergency calls. It’s not just about EMD. Every call, be it for police, fire, EMS, or often, a combination thereof, deserves a thoughtful and structured approach to information gathering. Our scene specific questions and PAI’s for more than 80 police, fire, and emergency medical dispatch incidents ensure consistency on every call for help. PowerPhone has a long, proud history of moving the industry forward. In addition to being the bellwethers of dispatcher training, having trained more than 500,000 professionals worldwide, our software, courseware and training principles have become the de-facto standard for agencies across the U.S. and internationally. Emergency call handling protocols for police and fire dispatch simply did not exist until PowerPhone created them. We are proud of our role in shaping emergency communications, and we are uniquely positioned to help you achieve your call taking goals moving forward. In the 911 world, we know seconds save lives. Our mission is to empower telecommunicators and give them the best tools, training and support they need to keep callers and first responders safe.
