Previously, Jim Jones worked at Tri-Com Central Dispatch from 1998 to 2014, holding positions such as Training Coordinator, Shift Supervisor, and 911 Telecommunicator, where responsibilities included employee education and oversight of operations. Additionally, Jim Jones served as Vice President at 911Lifeline, Inc. from 2006 to 2012, focusing on organizational relationships and membership development. Jim Jones holds an Associate of Science degree in Law Enforcement from Joliet Junior College.
