Nimrod Yedaya has worked in various customer service roles since 2003. Nimrod began their career at d&r computers as a Sales and installation of computers, importers order management and customer service. In 2003, they also worked as a customer service representative at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites. In 2005, they worked as a Preferred Client's Services Representative and Instructor at EL AL Israel Airlines. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Partner Israel as a customer service representative and technical support. Finally, from 2012 to present, they have worked at PowerPlug Ltd as a VP Customer Services and Customer Support Manager.

Nimrod Yedaya completed their Bachelor of Science in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2005 and 2011. Nimrod then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University, which they completed in 2021.
