Diane Sherman

Director of Customer Experience at Powers Guaranteed Services

Diane Sherman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Diane is currently employed at Powers Guaranteed Services since November 2020, initially as a Customer Experience Manager, and now as the Director of Customer Experience. Prior to this, they worked at Long Falls Paperboard as a Customer Service and Marketing Leader from January 2019 to October 2020. From August 2015 to December 2018, Diane served as the Neenah Packaging - Brand Manager at Neenah, where they were responsible for managing product lines, developing marketing strategies, and identifying partnership opportunities. Before that, they worked at FiberMark for various roles from December 1994 to July 2015, including Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Manager, and Brand Manager. Diane'sresponsibilities included managing customer accounts, order processing, complaint resolution, sales reporting, and prospect inquiries.

Diane Sherman obtained their bachelor's degree in English Literature from Mount Holyoke College. Diane attended from 1986 to 1990.
