Brent Flaten

Brent Flaten is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the K-12 education sector. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at PowerSchool Group LLC since August 2015, Brent specializes in software design and development. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at Pearson School Systems from November 2004 to July 2014 and Software Developer at AltonaEd LLC for a brief period in 2004 before its acquisition by Pearson. Early career experience includes serving as a Desktop Support & Telecommunications Technician at Bethel University from 2000 to 2004. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bethel University.
