CJ Myra, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Tax & Treasury at PowerSchool, leading the ASC 740 tax provision process and advising on tax-efficient M&A structures. Previously, CJ Myra held various roles at AdaptHealth, including Senior Director and Tax Director, where key tax functions were established during significant revenue growth. Experience also includes leadership roles at Preferred, overseeing IPO tax modeling, and at KPMG US, specializing in pass-through taxation and ASC 740 tax accounting. CJ Myra began a career in tax preparation at H&R Block, serving clients through individual and business tax returns. CJ Myra holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University.
