Jamie Harmon

Jamie Harmon has extensive experience in customer support and community management, currently serving as Supervisor of the Support Community at PowerSchool since November 2016. In this role, Jamie has progressed through various positions, including Lead Community Moderator and Community Moderator, as well as Technical Support Engineer I - Tier 1. Prior to PowerSchool, Jamie worked as a Retail Wireless Consultant/Manager at Cellular Express from December 2015 to October 2016 and held the position of Marketing/Bar Manager at Dock It Grille and Bar from August 2015 to February 2016. Jamie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Miss College of Business and Economic Development between 2011 and 2016, and also completed EMT - Basic education at Lurleen B Wallace Community College in 2009.
