Michelle Foster is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Controller at PowerSchool since June 2019, Michelle leads a global team responsible for technical accounting, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and general ledger management. Prior roles include Controller and Financial Reporting Manager at Sunworks, Inc., and various accounting leadership positions at Oracle, Sutter Health, and multiple educational institutions as an Accounting Instructor. With a solid foundation in accounting principles established through a BS in Accountancy from California State University-Sacramento, Michelle has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
