Nicole Pruess

Nicole Pruess currently serves as Director of Global Shared Services and People Operations at PowerSchool, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes the role of VP of People Operations at Sequoia Consulting Group, where Nicole led HR initiatives to scale the workforce from 500 to 1000 employees. At RH, Nicole held multiple positions, culminating as VP of Rewards & People Operations, overseeing various HR functions and implementing key systems such as Oracle. Earlier roles at companies like DocuSign and Bio-Rad Laboratories provided a diverse foundation in HR project management and analysis. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a minor in Statistics from California State University - East Bay.
