Patricia Somerdyk

Patricia Somerdyk is an experienced professional in customer success operations, currently serving as Director of Customer Success Operations at PowerSchool since January 2020, following various roles within the company including Director and Senior Manager. Prior to PowerSchool, Patricia held multiple positions at Schoology from July 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities spanned from Client Success Manager to Team Lead for Enterprise Accounts. Patricia's career began in education, with roles as an Elementary Education Teacher in the NYC Department of Education and an SAT Instructor at The Princeton Review, alongside experiences as a student teacher and graduate assistant at various institutions. Patricia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Villanova University and a Master’s Degree in Childhood Education from Adelphi University.
