Shanthi Iyer

Shanthi Iyer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product development and engineering management. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development and Sr. Director of Engineering at PowerSchool since April 2017, Shanthi has previously held significant roles, including Director of Engineering for Compliance Technology at PowerSchool Group LLC and Director of Engineering for Regulatory Compliance at Pearson. Additionally, Shanthi has experience as an Engineering Manager at Pearson School Systems and as a Development Manager at Amdocs and DST Innovis. Holding a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, Shanthi possesses a strong background in compliance and regulatory technologies.
