Sunshine Richards

Sunshine Richards is an experienced educator and project manager with a strong background in project management, curriculum design, and instructional delivery. Currently serving as an Instructor of Project Management at Virginia Western Community College since September 2024, Sunshine has previously held significant roles such as Project Manager for Communications and Customer Experience at PowerSchool and Associate Professor at the University of Arizona Global Campus. Sunshine's expertise encompasses developing engaging course materials, managing internal communications, and implementing training programs. With a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Sunshine has also contributed to educational institutions like Bedford County Public Schools, Barton County Community College, and Bryant & Stratton College, specializing in criminal justice curriculum and instructional strategies.
