Bianca Mendez

Bianca Mendez is an experienced professional in industrial and manufacturing engineering with a strong background in continuous improvement. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer at PowerSecure, Inc. since December 2018, Bianca previously held positions at Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division as Industrial Engineer and Operations Excellence Lead. Early career experience includes roles at Ideanovations, MultiSystems, Roche, and Johnson & Johnson, where Bianca focused on optimizing production processes, conducting time studies, and implementing efficiency improvements.
