Paul Rossi

Paul Rossi is a seasoned IT professional and automotive technician with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a System Administrator at PowerSecure, Inc. since January 2015, Paul has also held positions in IT Site Operations and the IT Department. Prior to this, Paul accumulated over eight years of experience as an ASE-certified Automotive Technician at Leith Toyota, achieving high customer service ratings and standardizing processes to enhance efficiency. Earlier career roles include Customer Fulfillment Representative and Contracts Compliance Representative at IBM, as well as managerial positions at GNC, Vitamin World, and LIDS Sports Group. Paul holds an Associate's Degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Vance Granville Community College and completed additional studies at My Computer Career and several community colleges.
