Zach Helix

Zach Helix is a vSphere System Administrator at Avenu Insights & Analytics with responsibilities including maintaining health on various clusters, planning and implementing ESX version upgrades, and managing networking. Zach also holds the title of Desktop Support Engineer for the county of Solano. Additionally, Zach served as the Director Of Information Technology for United States Volunteers, Senior Technician at Helix Digital Solutions, and held various IT roles at companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Robert Half, VICI, Fry's Electronics, and HCL America. Zach has a degree in Server and System Administration from Diablo Valley College and a certification in A+ from Stride Center.
