With a background in Electronic Engineering, Paolo has held various leadership roles in companies such as Vontier, Fortive, Danaher Corporation, Marconi, Logitron Technologies, and Esaote. Paolo has extensive experience in profit & loss responsibility, marketing, commercial operations, human resources, program management, engineering, information technology, manufacturing, and technical support. Paolo holds a Master of Business Administration from SDA Bocconi and is a certified Master Black Belt in Policy Deployment from Danaher DBS University.
