Carrie Beckstrom

Carrie Beckstrom is currently the Chief Executive Officer at PowerSpeaking, Inc. Carrie has over 30 years of experience in the learning and development field. Prior to joining PowerSpeaking, Inc., Carrie held various leadership roles at companies such as ADP, where Carrie led global teams and transformed learning disciplines. Carrie also built centralized learning organizations and introduced innovative learning solutions to drive client loyalty and employee performance. Carrie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from UC Santa Barbara and has a strong background in training and communications.
