Alena Steichen (Norman) currently serves as the Director of Community Management at Powerstone Property Management since April 2025. Previously, Alena held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Global Premier Fertility from January 2022 to April 2025. Alena has also worked at Powerstone Property Management in various roles, including Senior Community Manager and Community Manager from July 2019 to November 2021. Alena's experience includes serving as General Manager at PMP Management from November 2016 to June 2019 and as Assistant General Manager/Account Executive at Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. from July 2014 to October 2016. Alena was also involved with the American Cancer Society, serving as Event Chair and Team Development Chair for Relay For Life between 2012 and 2014. Alena earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Boise State University, attending from 2011 to 2014, and graduated from Mater Dei Catholic High School in 2009.
