Chen Ming-Te

Chen Ming-Te is the current Director of Operation Division & Sales Division at Powertech. Chen previously worked as an R&D Engineer at NAN YA PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD CORPORATION from October 2011 to September 2015. During their time there, they were responsible for Substrate new generation device development, new material qualification and mass production, and process conditions definition for Intel CPU (FCBGA/FCPGA/FCLGA). Chen also oversaw the engineering sample quality and production control, making sure sample delivery schedule and inline quality/AOI/AVI yield summary. In addition, they were responsible for new generation core, ABF/PP, SR material evaluation assessment and process condition stepwise DOE and conditions optimization (wet process), as well as improvement yield / Cpk and data analysis summary.

Chen Ming-Te has a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering & Material Science from Yuan-Ze University. Chen also has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering & Material Science from the same school.
