Lee Horng-Wen

Lee Horng-Wen is currently the Director of Operation Division & IOE Product R&D Division at Powertech. Prior to this, they were an engineer at AESO and CF Power Ltd. Lee has also worked as a research assistant at the University of Alberta. Lee has experience in power system modelling, transmission feasibility studies, power system dynamic analysis, and renewable energy interconnection studies.

Lee Horng-Wen has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Power System from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Power System from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

They work with Ye Jia-Zheng - GM, Vietnam Factory, Tsai Li-Hua - Director of Operation Division & Product Evaluation Division, and Lai Li-Ming - VP, Operation Division. Lee Horng-Wen reports to Chou Yi Hsiung, Chairman & President.
