Robert Ribar has a diverse range of work experience in events and marketing. Robert is currently the Director of Events & Marketing at PowerToFly since 2017. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Senior Manager, Marketing, Community & Events, Community & Events Lead, and Events Manager at the same company. In these roles, they successfully oversaw the planning and implementation of various virtual and in-person events, summits, and job fairs. Earlier in their career, Robert gained experience as an Associate Producer/Story Editor at Triptyk Studios, a Marketing Resident at Playwrights Horizons, and in talent and guest relations at Comix Comedy Club. Robert also held positions as an Office Assistant at NYU's Office of Development & Alumni Relations and as an intern at The Ohio Theatre's Ice Factory Festival.

Robert Ribar attended the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Playwrights Horizons Theater School, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drama, specializing in Directing and Producing. Prior to this, they also attended Northern Highlands Regional High School.
