Becky (Rebecca) Davidson-Wagner is the Director of Community Development Investments at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, a position held since September 2007, where responsibilities include directing CDFI Investments and serving as President of the City of Pittsburgh's New Markets Tax Credit Program, achieving 7 NMTC awards and deploying over $188 million in allocation within the city. Prior to this role, Becky managed the Central Northside Neighborhood Council as an Ed/Project Development Specialist from April 2002 to September 2007, focusing on resident organization, community event planning, and economic and housing development.
