Brooke Gwin

Brooke Gwin currently serves as a Housing Lending Analyst at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh since April 2024. Previously, Gwin held the position of Deputy Chief Of Staff for the Office of Allegheny County Controller Corey O'Connor, where responsibilities included illustrating report findings and managing various projects and policy initiatives. Gwin also worked as the Community Affairs Manager for the Office of Pittsburgh City Councilman Corey O'Connor, addressing constituent concerns and representing the office at community events. Experience includes roles as Project Manager at Allegheny County Economic Development, Student Researcher at UNDP-GEPA, and various internships that developed skills in research, project management, and public administration. Gwin earned a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public and Nonprofit Management from the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the same institution.
