Kimberly Guseman

Kimberly Guseman is a seasoned Financial Business/System Analyst with extensive experience in analyzing and translating project requirements, examining business models, and ensuring system functionality through gaps analysis. Currently employed at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh since August 2007, Kimberly has effectively documented current processes and developed new models. Previous roles include Business System Analyst III at BNY Mellon, where Kimberly designed IT solutions aligned with organizational goals, and Business Analyst II at Fiserv, where Kimberly managed project delivery, derived requirements, and acted as a liaison between systems and client services.
