Lauren Forster has extensive work experience in marketing and e-commerce. Lauren currently holds the position of VP Marketing at Powerverse since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Groupon for six years, starting as a Campaign Manager in April 2017 and progressively taking on more senior roles, including Senior Marketing Manager for Western Europe and the UK & IE, and International Trade Planning & Marketing Manager.

Before their time at Groupon, Lauren worked at Ocado Group, initially joining as a Merchandising Executive in September 2014 through the company's Retail Graduate Scheme. Lauren then advanced to roles such as Demand Manager, Buying Manager, and Ecommerce Trading. Lauren'sresponsibilities in these positions included negotiating supplier business plans, strengthening relationships, implementing category growth strategies, and introducing new brands into the range.

Additionally, Lauren gained valuable experience as an intern at Marks and Spencer, where they worked within the buying department and gained knowledge of the retail industry.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated their expertise in marketing, trade planning, campaign management, and e-commerce, making their a valuable asset in the field.

Lauren Forster received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography with Economics from The University of Sheffield, which they completed between 2010 and 2013.
