Kevin McReynolds

Kevin McReynolds is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at both ilumivu and PowerX, while also holding the same title at Cardiogram since March 2020. As a co-founder of Fran Metrics and founder of McReynolds Business Consulting Services, Kevin has a strong entrepreneurial background. Previous roles include Document Automator at Documate, where responsibility involved automating franchise and legal documents, and various positions at Apple, including Mentor Resource Center Curator and T2 Mac+ Chat Support, focusing on customer problem resolution. Kevin’s career began at IBM as Lab Assistant Team Manager, coordinating staffing for the Sprint project.
