Lynda Negron

Lynda Negron is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in product management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Product at Pando since April 2021. Previously, Negron held roles including Director of Product & Engineering at BiasSync, where significant contributions included scaling annual recurring revenue to $2 million and establishing an inclusive product framework. Prior experience includes impactful positions at Tala, where research and product proposals led to a $5 million profit increase, and as Co-Founder & CTO of Driftwood App, successfully building a user-centric application. Negron's early career includes significant achievements at Tinder, contributing to major product features and company growth. An alumnus of Harvard University, Negron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies with a secondary focus in Computer Science.
